1. Purposes of processing

Personal information is not used for purposes beyond those listed above.

• Project consultations and quotes
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Entering into and performing project contracts
• Managing requests and consultation records
• Maintenance and customer support
• Handling disputes or complaints

2. Information we collect

For 1:1 inquiries, we process your name, email, phone number, inquiry subject and message (required), and company name and attachments (optional). The inquiry language is also recorded, and an access key is stored in your browser so you can reopen your inquiry.

After a contract is signed, additional company, billing, and representative information may be processed as needed for the contract and settlement.

The website does not provide customer registration and does not collect customer account passwords.

• Optional: company name, email, industry, preferred package, and files uploaded by the customer and information contained in those files
• Automatically recorded: submission time and basic processing records

3. Retention

Inquiry and consultation information is retained for one year from the last contact. Information whose retention period has expired is reviewed and deleted by an administrator.

If a contract is signed, records required for contracts, payments, tax, or dispute handling may be retained for the period required by law or contract.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Eolgae does not generally disclose personal information to third parties.

Exceptions may apply with prior consent, where disclosure is required by law, or where lawful disclosure is necessary to perform a contract.

5. Service providers

Only the body text of inquiries, replies, and notes is sent for translation; names, email addresses, contact details, and attachments are not sent. However, information customers include in the text themselves may also be sent. This policy will be updated if service providers change or are added.

• Email receipt and storage (inquiry notifications and correspondence with customers) — Google Workspace

6. International processing

Because this website uses the cloud and external services listed in Section 5 (Lovable Cloud, Lovable AI Gateway, and Google Workspace), personal information may be stored or processed outside South Korea.

Specific countries or regions will be stated only after they are officially confirmed; Eolgae does not make speculative claims about processing locations.

7. Deletion

Information is deleted without undue delay when its purpose is fulfilled or the retention period ends, unless retention is required by law.

When information is disposed of, an administrator deletes the electronic information and removes related attachments from private storage.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing by contacting support@eolgae.io or using the site’s 1:1 inquiry service.

We may request the minimum information necessary to verify your identity.

9. Security measures

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies to provide core functionality. It does not currently use advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral analytics. This policy will be updated if such tools are introduced.
