1. Purposes of processing

Personal information is not used for purposes beyond those listed above.

• Project consultations and quotes
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Entering into and performing project contracts
• Managing requests and consultation records
• Maintenance and customer support
• Handling disputes or complaints

2. Information we collect

The same standards apply to information and files submitted through the 1:1 inquiry service.

After a contract is signed, additional company, billing, and representative information may be processed as needed for the contract and settlement.

The website does not provide customer registration and does not collect customer account passwords.

• Required: name, contact details, and inquiry or project description
• Optional: company name, email, industry, preferred package, and files uploaded by the customer and information contained in those files
• Automatically recorded: submission time and basic processing records

3. Retention

Inquiry and consultation information is generally retained for one year after the consultation ends and then deleted.

If a contract is signed, records required for contracts, payments, tax, or dispute handling may be retained for the period required by law or contract.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Eolgae does not generally disclose personal information to third parties.

Exceptions may apply with prior consent, where disclosure is required by law, or where lawful disclosure is necessary to perform a contract.

5. Service providers

If additional service providers are introduced, this policy will be updated.

6. International processing

Because this website uses cloud infrastructure, personal information may be stored or processed outside South Korea.

Specific countries or regions will be stated only after they are officially confirmed; Eolgae does not make speculative claims about processing locations.

7. Deletion

Information is deleted without undue delay when its purpose is fulfilled or the retention period ends, unless retention is required by law.

Electronic files are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery, and uploaded files are removed from private storage.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing by contacting hello@eolgae.kr.

We may request the minimum information necessary to verify your identity.

9. Security measures
