Terms of Service
Effective September 10, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of Eolgae's website, consultation, quotation, website and web application production, and related services, and set out the basic rights and obligations between Eolgae and its clients.
2. Scope of services
The specific scope, timeline, price, and conditions are set out in the individual quote or contract.
- Website and web application planning, design, and development
- Landing pages and company websites
- Business features such as inquiries, bookings, and administration
- Online commerce development
- Domain, hosting, and search registration support
- Maintenance and operational support
- Other services agreed separately
3. Displayed prices and timelines
Prices, timelines, and examples shown on the website are estimates for typical scopes. Actual terms may vary based on page count, features, design scope, content readiness, third-party integrations, and client requirements.
The final production terms are those stated in the quote and contract issued by Eolgae.
4. Quotes and contracts
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not itself create a production contract. A project begins after both parties agree on the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms and, where required, the initial payment is received.
Unless agreed otherwise, standard payment terms are 50% to begin and 50% before launch.
5. Client-provided materials
Clients must provide logos, images, copy, product details, company information, and other materials needed for the project in a timely manner.
Schedule changes caused by delayed materials or approvals are not considered delays attributable to Eolgae.
Clients are responsible for securing the lawful right to use all copyrights, trademarks, likenesses, and other materials they provide.
6. Revisions and additional requests
The number and scope of included revisions are defined in the individual quote or contract.
Features, pages, major design changes, or third-party integrations beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.
7. Third-party services
Separate charges may apply for domains, hosting, payments, maps, messaging, email, booking systems, and other third-party services.
Eolgae's liability may be limited for outages, policy changes, price changes, or discontinued services outside its direct control.
8. Deliverables and intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, after full payment the client receives the usage rights or other rights specified in the contract for the final deliverables produced for the project.
Rights in Eolgae's pre-existing tools, common modules, libraries, frameworks, know-how, and reusable technical elements remain with Eolgae or their respective owners.
Third-party fonts, images, plugins, and libraries remain subject to their respective license terms.
Unless confidentiality is agreed separately, Eolgae may feature completed work in its portfolio and business materials.
9. Maintenance
Any free revision period, maintenance scope, and paid maintenance terms are defined in the relevant quote or contract.
Issues caused by client changes, third-party code changes, or external service changes may incur additional maintenance fees.
10. Restrictions
Clients must not use Eolgae's services for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or in ways contrary to public order.
11. Limitation of liability
Eolgae makes reasonable efforts to provide stable services.
To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for events outside Eolgae's control, including force majeure, network failures, third-party platform failures, and errors in client-provided materials.
12. Individual agreements
Where an individual quote or contract differs from these Terms, the individual agreement takes precedence, except where it conflicts with mandatory law.
13. Changes to these Terms
Eolgae may update these Terms in response to legal or service changes. Updated terms will be published on this website.
